Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if paying by traditional methods, billing information. Bitcoin payments require no personal information beyond a payment address.

Server Data

We do not access, inspect, or analyze data stored on your VPS or colocation servers. Your server contents are your property and are encrypted at rest.

Technical Logs

We retain minimal server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for security purposes. These logs are automatically purged after 30 days.

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts on our website
  • We do not profile users or build advertising models
  • We do not comply with data requests without valid legal process and user notification (where legally permitted)
  • We do not retain data beyond what is operationally necessary

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on infrastructure we own and operate in the United States. We use full disk encryption (LUKS), TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and strict access controls. See our Security Overview for details.

Data Residency

Your data is stored exclusively in our US-based edge data centers. We do not replicate data to foreign jurisdictions. See our Data Residency page for specifics.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data at any time
  • Receive notice of any data breach affecting your information

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
