Warrant Canary

As of the date of this report, Sovereign Hybrid Compute has NOT:

• Received any National Security Letters
• Received any orders under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)
• Been subject to any gag order by a FISA court or any other government body
• Placed any backdoors in our hardware or software
• Provided any encryption keys to any government or third party

If this canary is ever removed or not updated for more than 90 days, it should be considered a signal that we may have received a classified request.

Our Principles

• We will challenge overbroad or unconstitutional requests
• We will notify affected customers when legally permitted
• We will publish transparency reports quarterly
• We will never voluntarily provide customer data to any government
• We will always require valid legal process before disclosing information
