As of the date of this report, Sovereign Hybrid Compute has NOT:
- Received any National Security Letters
- Received any orders under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)
- Been subject to any gag order by a FISA court or any other government body
- Placed any backdoors in our hardware or software
- Provided any encryption keys to any government or third party
If this canary is ever removed or not updated for more than 90 days, it should be considered a signal that we may have received a classified request.
Our Principles
- We will challenge overbroad or unconstitutional requests
- We will notify affected customers when legally permitted
- We will publish transparency reports quarterly
- We will never voluntarily provide customer data to any government
- We will always require valid legal process before disclosing information
