Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sovereign Hybrid Compute LLC ("SHC," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

SHC provides edge data center infrastructure services including but not limited to: Virtual Private Servers (VPS), colocation hosting, Responsive Load Data Centers (RLDC), and related managed services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We accept Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning Network), credit cards, and wire transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

6. Service Level Agreement

Infrastructure uptime commitments are governed by our Service Level Agreement. SLA credits are the exclusive remedy for service disruptions.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you store on our infrastructure. We do not access, analyze, sell, or share your data. Upon service termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHC's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
